Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. As a Human Resources Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our HR department and ensuring the smooth operation of various HR functions. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Administer various HR programs and initiatives, including performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and ensuring completion of required paperwork
- Support employee training and development initiatives
- Maintain accurate employee records in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday)
- Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Provide guidance to employees on HR-related matters, including benefits, policies, and procedures
- Assist with affirmative action planning and reporting requirements
Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of human resources principles and practices
- Experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday) for managing employee data
- Solid understanding of performance management processes
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with payroll processes and regulations
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent Required
- Spanish Bilingual
- Comfortable working entirely onsite
