Staffing Network is Hiring a Warehouse Lead Near Phoenix, AZ
Our client, a growing leader in the packaging industry, is seeking a Warehouse Lead/Supervisor to join the team on day shift (5a-5p) four days per week. The Warehouse Lead must have previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience w/ Shipping and Receiving departments
Track shipment schedules for both incoming and outgoing shipments
•
Track inventory counts and check the items in inventory for damage
•
Working supervisor of a team with 3-6 people responsible for the below actions
•
Multi-task in a fast-paced environment
•
Properly accounting for the location of incoming goods
•
Assuring no damaged items are sent or received
•
Comparing packing lists to company purchase orders and ensuring that the products in each delivery match the packing list
•
Collaborating with the sales department to schedule shipments based on customer commits and demand
•
Updating the product inventory as products are received and added to the inventory
•
Packaging products for return to vendors and filling out any paperwork necessary
•
Supervise driver and schedule pick-ups/drop-offs to other building, customer and vendors
•
Experience on computers
•
Arrange logistics for shipments domestic and overseas
•
Other tasks required for the overall success of the team and company
•
Able to lift 40 lbs
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
