We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager for Forestry products! In this role you'll work on a team to support a group of existing and new products, in particular new product identifcaition and development. This position can be based in Chicago or near Green Bay. 

Responsibilities

• With the Senior Product Manager, develop the Market Analysis report and product action plans. 
• Create detailed SWOT analysis and price comparisons
• Identify what new products and components need to be developed based on competitive and consumer research 
• Provide high value technical sales support to sales and distributors through marketing activities, product training, customer visits, competitive comparisons, job studies, application recommendations and presentations to achieve sales and profit objectives.
• Lead new product introduction programs including sales material, competitive comparisons, training, and sales support.
• Develop sales tools for in-house training, distributor and customer presentations.
  • These include brochures, specification sheets, product bulletins, marketing programs, communication action plans and strategies, video's, trade shows, conventions, etc.
• Conduct machine and customer surveys to determine customer needs, trends, opportunities and competitive information. Develop appropriate action plans based on survey results.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering or Business 
• 4 years' experience product management, preferably for an equipment manufacturer
