THE ROLE
As a Product Manager, you will be building, measuring, and improving our client's platform, influencing healthcare and the patient experience. You will use your product management knowledge to motivate team members, implement and improve new platform features, and collaborate on future products in the healthcare technology space.
This is a remote role.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Develop go-to-market for a 0-1 product by leveraging a wide range of inputs such as market research, users, customer support, and product metrics
- Analyze product issues from a number of sources (users data, customer support, and product metrics) and implement possible solutions
- Have a deep understanding of the platform through research and customer support
- Lead, motivate, and collaborate with a cross-functional team representing many aspects of the company
- Write specs and stories for new features
- Constantly evaluate solutions through quantitative and qualitative measures
WHAT YOU NEED
- Multiple years of professional experience in a 0-1 Product Management role
- Experience developing Go-to-Market for a product that does not exist yet
- An understanding of Data Warehousing and ETL concepts, as well as HL7 Feeds and FHIR
- Strong prioritization skills
- Experience making data-driven product decisions
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Strong analytics background
