The Revolving Credit Product Team is responsible for PayPal’s consumer suite of credit card products, including PayPal Credit and the PayPal Cashback Mastercard, that provide PayPal customers with rewarding and flexible ways to pay for their purchases. Our team is customer focused, and we continuously use customer feedback and data insights to optimize the capabilities and experiences we provide to PayPal’s customers.
Your way to impact:
As a Product Manager, you will work directly with one of our front-end engineering teams, managing the team’s backlog to deliver new features for our credit products. You will collaborate closely with our credit delivery partners, as well as partner domains throughout PayPal, to effectively capture requirements and support all stages of the product lifecycle from discovery to post-launch.
In your day to day you will:
Product Management: Work directly with one engineering team in an agile environment to deliver new capabilities to PayPal’s Revolving Credit products. Responsible for managing the team’s backlog, writing stories, and other typical agile processes.
Requirements Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to define and document product requirements.
Customer Insights: Proactively monitor and use key performance metrics to support and inform product decisions.
Stakeholder Management: Facilitate effective communication between different teams to ensure a clear understanding of product goals, features, and timelines. Prepare and present regular updates on project progress and key performance indicators.
What do you need to bring:
3 years’ experience as a Product Manager with end-to-end product delivery.
Experience working directly with engineering teams in an agile environment to build products and experiences
Experience within the credit or financial services industry.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
