As Product Manager at ImPACT, your role is to lead the creation and execution of our product development roadmap that aligns with ImPACT's growth goals. Working cross-functionally to garner customer and industry insights, you will translate your knowledge into offerings that align with market needs, both enhancing the product's modernization and maximizing value. You will play a critical role in expanding ImPACT's reach and ensuring more athletes and patients worldwide safely recover from mild traumatic brain injuries.

In this role you will get to:

• Develop and communicate the product vision and strategy in alignment with the overall company goals.
• Conduct customer needs analysis, market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats. Stay informed about market trends, industry best practices, and competitor activities. Use market insights to identify new opportunities and potential areas for product improvement.
• Define the product roadmap and prioritize features based on customer needs and business objectives. Ensure that product designs align with user needs and are consistent with the overall brand and all products/features released have initial KPIs defined to measure success.
• Collect and document detailed product requirments, ensuring a clear understanding of user needs and business objectives.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback (e.g. surveys, interviews, behavior usage data) to identify areas of product enhancement.
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from ideation to end-of-life, including monitoring and anlyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success of products and make data-driven decisions. Keep stakeholders, including the ImPACT leadership team, up-to-date on progress.

• Experience: 4 years product management experience, with preferably 6 years in tech startup or high-growth environment

• Strategic Thinking: Ability to formulate and articulate a clear product vision that aligns with the company's strategic goals.
• Roadmap Planning: Experience using tools to manage and visualize the product roadmap, aligning it with stakeholder expectations and business objectives.
• Product Metrics: Proficiency in tracking and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs), such as user engagement metrics, feature adoption rates, and churn rates.
• Stakeholder Communication: Skill in communicating the product vision and updates to stakeholders, including executives and team members, to ensure alignment and buy-in.
• Qualitative Research Skills: Strong background in qualitative research methods, like in-depth interviews and focus groups, to extract genuine customer sentiments and intents.
• Survey Design & Analysis: Skill in crafting and analyzing surveys that yield actionable insights.
• Cross-Functional Collaborations: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive product development and successful product launches. Work closely with customer support teams and address product-related issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
