Riverside Insights is Hiring a Learning Management System Product Analyst Near Chicago, IL

As the LMS Product Analyst at Riverside Insights, your mission is to champion the development and management of a Learning Management System (LMS) that revolutionizes how clinical training is delivered. By ensuring the LMS is equipped with intuitive onboarding processes, comprehensive learning paths for Woodcock Johnson V (WJV), and a suite of essential features and functionalities, you will directly contribute to providing a seamless, high-quality digital training experience for our customers. Your work will not only support the successful launch of WJV but also establish a foundation for continuous improvement and innovation within our LMS, enhancing educational outcomes for users globally. Your role is critical in empowering our teams to deliver exceptional training experiences, thereby supporting Riverside Insights' mission to enrich lives through assessment.
In this role, you will get to:
  • Prepare for the successful launch of WJV by assisting in the build of the LMS and enabling a high quality, fully digital training experience.
  • Create a new process for customer onboarding into the LMS
  • Assist in the creation of learning paths for WJV, ensuring content is uploaded in the correct format, sequencing works correctly, quizzes are in the right sections, and the entire experience works smoothly for customers.
  • Trouble shoot & manage issues for LMS users & create support documentation for the CX team to handle common issues.
  • Align with the Director of Training on the LMS features & functionality needed at launch and create a project roadmap
  • Own and manage the LMS as a product, setting a baseline of performance and continually improving by updating features & functionality
  • Coordinate user-testing
  • Assist as needed with other critical tasks that help our team deliver outstanding training experiences to customers and internal teams alike.
  • Migrate all high-value training content to the LMS
  • Ensure all training offerings are live and correct

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in instructional design, educational technology, computer science, business administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in LMS administration, learning technology, instructional design, or related roles is preferred.
  • Proficient in LMS administration and troubleshooting, including user access and technical issues.
  • Familiarity with LMS platforms, Absorb LMS experience preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess LMS performance, analyze user behavior, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
  • Skilled in needs assessments and gap analyses to optimize LMS functionality.
  • Knowledgeable in online learning best practices and compliance standards like SCORM.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams.
  • Experience in facilitating training on LMS functionality and best practices.
  • Proficient in project management to lead LMS implementation and upgrades.
  • Familiarity with Agile or other project management methodologies.
Physical Requirements for this position
  • Remote
  • Up to 10% travel for off-site team meetings
