Human Resources Manager
$75 - 115K plus generous bonus program
Due to retirement, we are seeking a Human Resources Manager for an outstanding company north of Syracuse, NY.

Your role
- You will oversee human resources functions and personnel including labor relations, compliance, recruiting, benefits, compensation, training activities, special projects, and additional HR activities as required
- Maintain a positive labor relations climate. Liaison for union issues, grievance handling through arbitration, consult with legal counsel as necessary
- Assist with annual projects and reporting
Background Profile
- 5 years of experience in a fast-paced Human Resources department in a union manufacturing environment
- PHR or SPHR certification a plus
- Experience with labor contract negotiation
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Four year degree in Business Management or related, MDA preferred
