Pharmacy Customer Service Representative – Data Entry
CPS Recruitment is partnering with a prestigious pharmaceutical organization in North Syracuse, NY to find Pharmacy Customer Service Representatives to become a vital part of their team!
HOURS: Variable shifts between 7:30am – 8pm weekdays with a weekend rotation (Typically 8:30a – 5p on weekends)
PAY RATE: $15 - $19.45/hr

Duties & responsibilities for Pharmacy Customer Service Representatives include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Accurately complete pharmacy order entry while speaking to customers/clients over the phone
- Provide resolutions to customer concerns and inquiries
- Update client and patient information in internal system
- File bills and credits for facilities on a monthly basis
- Other duties as required
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree preferred
- 3 months experience as a Pharmacy Technician
- Strong communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- General knowledge of medications
