Job Summary:
Coordinate and administer Human Resources activities and perform related administrative duties to support business objectives including but not limited to; recruiting, benefits administration, processing paperwork for new and separating employees, preparing and maintaining employee personnel files, development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures, compliance with safety initiatives, and monitoring of employee relations throughout the organization.

·Close mental and visual attention required to perform work dealing primarily with preparing and analyzing data and figures, using a computer terminal, and reading.
