THE POSITION

Staccato is looking for a detail-oriented, creative, and driven director of business development to increase company performance by identifying profitable business opportunities, developing long-term business growth strategies, and deepening current partnerships. This individual will support the management of a rapidly growing sales team.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Deep understanding of all Staccato products, the Staccato customer, and the target market.
  • Streamline current business operations and develop processes as needed, including integrating digital solutions. 
  • Develop and maintain a reporting structure for growing business channels
  • Creative ability to support the development of marketing material and strategies 
  • Manage and develop existing business relationships 
  • Identify and develop new relationships to grow the Staccato business 
  • Travel to support Staccato events nationwide

QUALIFICATIONS

  • A bachelor's in Business Administration is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in business development, sales, and/or marketing is required. 
  • At least 5 years of experience managing a midsize sales/business development team. 
  • Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • MS Office experience is required. 
  • Ability to travel up to 50%. 
  • Ability to read & interpret financial statements
  • Salesforce & Epicor experience is a plus
