Description

Seeking a consultant resource to work on Epicor Kinetic. The resource will assume the role of interim ERP administrator, leading, overseeing and coordinating the activities essential for the successful of implementation and completion of system set up, process and procedures, and automation to Epicor Kinetic framework. The goal is to run financials, reporting, close the general ledger, and reconcile to General Ledger and integration with point-of-sale system.

· Develop and maintain a chart of accounts suitable for our organization's financial structure and reporting requirements.

· Collaborate with accounting and finance teams to understand financial reporting needs and ensure the chart of accounts meets these requirements.

· Update and revise the chart of accounts to reflect changes in business operations, standards, and regulatory requirements.

· Provide training and support to accounting staff on using the chart of accounts effectively.

· Assist in the integration of the chart of accounts with accounting software and systems.

· Monitor and audit the use of the chart of accounts to ensure consistency and accuracy in financial reporting.

· Evaluation of the current Epicor ERP Set Up current state and recommendations of improvements since go live define project scope, objectives, and success criteria.

· Coordinate and track the assessment of the current environment, including data, information, and site collections.

· Collaborate with agency stakeholders to verify the accuracy of critical data.

· Coordinate requirements of reporting needs with the agency and create reports.

· Coordinate and collaborate on Epicor Issues Log and implement enhancements

· Coordinate and track the thorough testing of data integrity, access controls, and functionality

· Coordinate and track the creation of ongoing support and documentation to assist users in the transition.

· Monitor the migration process to ensure data integrity and minimal downtime.

· Evaluate the success of the migration against the defined success criteria.

· Create a final project report summarizing the entire migration process.

· Provide knowledge transfer and training where it is necessary

Requirements

· 5 years technical experience in Epicor Kinetic

· Experience with Epicor installations and initial setup a plus

· Experience with the modules listed above.

· Critical thinking skills to analyze project requirements and inputs and make decisions that result in high quality project outputs

· Ability to manage and mediate stakeholder requirements and input
