While following the mission, vision, and core values of St. Francis Community Services, the Part-time Executive Assistant provides administrative support to the Executive Director.
Position Summary:
The individual in this position helps manage routine operational processes for the ministry, with special concentration on activities associated with fund development and mission advancement. Duties include meeting and materials preparation, scheduling, data entry, correspondence, maintenance of records, Board and staff communications, and office workflow. The position also has responsibility for a small amount of office management, and is located, at our South St. Louis location.
Qualifications:
1. Experience in an administrative assistant role with an executive.
2. Associate’s Degree preferred
3. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and various communications platforms (i.e. Zoom).
