As a Customer Service Representative, you play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships between the company and its clients. This position involves handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to customers through various communication channels.
Title: Customer Service Representative
Immediate Supervisor: Security/Service Supervisor
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or as otherwise assigned. Must be willing to work occasional overtime, and weekends.
Essential Job Functions and Qualifications:
- Respond to customer inquiries, requests and complaints via phone, email, or text in a timely and professional manner.
- Ability to follow a rehearsed script for basic troubleshooting calls.
- Identify and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues to Service Supervisor.
- Responsible for administration duties such as scheduling, dispatching, billing, and collections.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
- Contribute to the development and updating of customer service documentation and knowledge base.
- All other duties as assigned
- Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to reflect a positive appearance of the company.
- Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and a willingness to learn and stay updated on industry developments.
- Ability to communicate in English effectively.
- Strong ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Problem solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (Salesforce) software and other relevant tools.
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Technology certifications preferred.
