This position will be responsible for supervising all aspects of the Customer Care Department to include coaching, training, monitoring answer %, and implementing the policies and guidelines of the department.
The Supervisor will manage the Customer Care Team to increase efficiency within the department and ensure outstanding service for all of our customers.
We are looking for a leader who has a consistent record of building and motivating strong teams, while being able to be proactive in developing new strategies to increase performance.
The Supervisor will need to be a team player that is well-versed in leading employees.
The ideal candidate for this position will :
Handle all escalated requests, whether via written correspondence or via phone.
