The Personal Assistant (PA) is a multi-person support role who acts as first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls for their respective leader/s. In this role the employee must have the ability to adapt quickly; working in various environments throughout the day. This role is usually offered as a full-time role with Benefits (Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance).
Job Duties include:
• Managing and organizing home meetings and appointments, often controlling access to the
manager/executive
• Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/administrative systems
• Acting as a liaison with staff, suppliers, vendors, and clients
• Collating and filing expenses
• Running errands and coordinating with vendors
Miscellaneous errands as directed:
• Putting gas in cars
• Cleaning cars
• Doing returns at various stores
• Going to Home Depot, grocery stores, etc.
• Printing various confidential documents
• Cleaning and organizing rooms
• Care for dog (includes grooming)
• Serving dinner in a high-end fashion on nights with dinners
• Cooking breakfast as directed
• Arranging travel needs
• Must be familiar with Apple products (iphones, ipads, etc)
• Must be able to work independently as well as part of a small team
