Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Personal Banker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for financial services and excel in customer relationship management. If you have a background in cash management, loan processing, and financial sales, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their financial needs
- Conduct cash handling and cash management activities accurately
- Process loan applications efficiently and ensure compliance with regulations
- Promote and sell financial products and services to meet customer needs
- Utilize retail math skills to manage transactions effectively
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance loyalty and retention
- Upsell products and services to maximize customer value

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in financial services or related field preferred
- Proficiency in New Accounts, financial sales, and cash handling
- Strong understanding of basic math principles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective relationship management
- Ability to upsell products and services to meet sales targets
