Sqirl is looking for a full-time pastry cook. This is a rare position to join our exception pastry team and help the development of our dinner service pastry program.

Job Description and Responsibilities
The Pastry Cook is responsible for producing pastry products, fabricating pastry stock, assisting with, and individually creating new pastries as assigned by the Pastry Chef, and working with the team through production.
This will include, but not limited to the following:
Bread experience and/or Lamination experience is a PLUS.
We pride ourselves in experimenting so the right candidate likes to conceive of new ideas. Decorating Cakes, working with whole grains, working with an understanding of seasonality - appreciator of ice cream :), developing NEW crave-able items - specifically for dinner service.
