Our exclusive client is a leading producer of Augmented Reality Technology for military applications, supporting the superiority of American Fighter Pilots.

They have raised more than $80m in VC funding, and the product already has significant commercial interest.

As a Software Engineer in the Research and Development team, you will play a role in designing, building, and optimizing AR systems HMDs - including developing software for sensors, advanced algorithms for sensor data fusion, precise localization, and robust tracking, plus much more.

What You'll Do:

• Rapidly iterate and experiment with new augmented reality prototypes, leverage the latest advancements in AR for military applications
• Support the development of software to integrate sensors (such as LiDAR, cameras, photon amplifiers, optical sensors) to create real-time augmented reality experiences for pilots
• Provide additional support in developing, Implementing and iterating algorithms for sensor data fusion, precise localization, and robust spatial tracking
• Develop solutions for object recognition and gesture controls
• Collaborate with the product team to turn prototypes into mission-ready systems

What You'll Bring:

• BS or MS in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, or a related field - required
• 1-2 years of progressive experience in software engineering roles
• Proficiency with C and Python
• Must be able to commute or move to Louisville, Colorado
• This position will require a security clearance - employees must show proof of US Citizenship.
