Your Role: As our Sales Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our sales efforts, responsible for:

  • Generating leads and exceeding sales goals.
  • Negotiating contracts with prospective clients.
  • Visiting clients and potential clients, promoting our products and services, preparing quotes and pricing schedules.
  • Building relationships with potential clients through networking events.

As the office manager of two (2) spray foam technicians:

  • Enforcing company policies, including safety and customer service.
  • Leading various aspects of our operations, including scheduling, quality assurance, and more.
  • Implementing a performance management system to track progress and motivate staff.

Requirements: To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Sales experience, coupled with a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Superb interpersonal skills, allowing you to quickly build rapport with customers and suppliers.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in using computers and various software applications.
  • Willingness and ability to pass a pulmonary fit test.
  • Willingness and ability to work in tight spaces, including attics.

Pay: $60,000.00 per year Commissions

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus opportunities
