Responsibilities:
- Must know how to make latte art!!!
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, such as lattes, cappuccinos, and espressos
- Take customer orders and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of supplies
- Upsell additional products or menu items to customers
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a barista is required
- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems, such as Aloha POS, is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes for coffee beverages
