Position Overview: As a Sales Professional at Spectrum Staffing, you will be at the forefront of our growth strategy. Leveraging your expertise in sales, you will spearhead initiatives to acquire new clients, deepen existing relationships, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within and outside of the technology-manufacturing industry including, but not limited to: warehousing, transportation, medical, etc.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client engagements and delivery of exceptional service.
• Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments to identify opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Proven track record of success in sales roles within the warehouse, distribution, and/or manufacturing staffing industry.
• Deep understanding of manufacturing companies, suppliers, and assemblers of technically advanced products.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker who can drive results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
