Position Overview:

The HR Generalist is a crucial member of our client's HR team, dedicated to promoting a positive company culture and supporting all levels of management, supervisors, and employees. This role encompasses a wide range of HR responsibilities, such as recruiting you, leading cultural events for the facility, employee relations, compliance, and annual reviews. We are seeking a proactive and dynamic individual who can work harmoniously with the team to advance the HR function.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee Payroll for hourly employees, ensuring accurate and timely processing.

HR Operations and Administration:

• Oversee new hire onboarding and enrollment processes.
• Assist with FMLA administration, benefit inquiries, and enrollment.
• Manage medical leave administration.
• Assist in the streamlining and optimization of HR workflows and systems.
• Responsively address employee inquiries and labor relations issues as needed.
• Assist in disciplinary procedures as needed.
• Contribute to the implementation of new HR processes and procedures.

Recruiting and Talent Acquisition :

• Leverage extensive recruiting experience to identify and attract top talent.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from candidate sourcing and screening to conducting interviews and overseeing onboarding.
• Create and maintain job advertisements, ensuring they are regularly updated.
• Represent the company at job fairs and other relevant events to expand the candidate pool as assigned.

Company Culture Enhancement:

• Collaborate with the team to implement cultural improvements, such as enforcing attendance policies and other initiatives to enhance company culture.

Requirements:

• Experience in the Manufacturing industry preferred.
• Proven recruiting and talent acquisition experience is highly preferred.
• Possess a proactive and adaptable personality with a strong drive to succeed.
• Exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills and a collaborative attitude to work effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with an acute attention to detail.
• Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and the ability to adapt to dynamic work environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $60,000.00 per year
