Position Overview:
Join our team as a Construction Coordinator, where you will lead, coordinate, and organize construction projects for our valued clients. You will collaborate with contractors and stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of construction plans in the advanced manufacturing sector.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate project-related meetings, facilitating effective communication among stakeholders.
• Manage construction sequencing according to industry standards, ensuring the timely completion of projects.
• Coordinate utilities infrastructure considerations within industrial environments.
• Demonstrate adaptability and problem-solving skills in an evolving work environment.
• Oversee construction activities in the field, resolving issues promptly and escalating as needed.
• Manage paperwork and construction requirements for project milestones.
• Maintain a professional, customer service-oriented attitude at all times.
• Foster a positive team atmosphere and attitude to ensure project success.
• Resolve coordination issues and facilitate work-order changes as necessary.
• Provide documentation to facilitate project milestones.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, with 2 years of experience in semiconductor or high-tech related construction. OR, 4-8 years of experience in semiconductor or high-tech related construction field.
• Strong understanding of construction sequencing and coordination in advanced manufacturing environments.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous work environment, making informed decisions and resolving complex issues.
