Job Summary/Company:
Sparks Group, in partnership with a 60-year-old financial institution in Washington, DC, is seeking a driven Business Services Specialist, who will be responsible for building strategic partnerships with key organizations and driving business growth. The ideal candidate will have at least three years’ sales and business development experience in a financial institution. If you’re looking for an exciting new opportunity, apply now!
Responsibilities:
- Build & maintain strategic partnerships by arranging site visits, attending partner events, and conducting presentations and seminars to increase product/brand awareness
- Drive sales of financial products & services and recommend strategic direction for business growth
- Analyze business trends and report performance findings to leadership
- Manage vendor relationships & access controls
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. (equivalent experience and/or professional training may be considered)
- 3-5 years' experience in sales & business development (financial services preferred)
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with proven ability to build & close partnerships
- Proficient in MS Office Suite & financial analysis tools
- Ability to travel locally up to 75%
