Position Summary

The Manager, Multifamily Marketing will assist in developing the branding and marketing efforts for all SLC multifamily properties through digital and traditional platforms and integrate marketing efforts across all properties including corporate presence. With proven expertise and industry experience, they will lead all efforts in branding, communications, reputation management, digital marketing, social presence, event planning, and advertising. The position will also assist in the creation and management of property marketing materials and content creation.

Essential Functions

• Develop and execute branding and marketing efforts across digital and traditional platforms, ensuring integration across all properties including corporate presence.
• Provide direction, oversight, and guidance to marketing efforts, leading initiatives in branding, communications, digital marketing, social presence, and advertising.
• Oversee the development and execution of content and digital marketing strategies, as well as traditional marketing across multiple platforms.
• Spearhead efforts to increase SEO and reputation management, and optimize all aspects of digital marketing.
• Utilize research and KPIs to develop, implement, and measure marketing strategies, ensuring traffic volume and quality meet leasing goals.
• Develop custom marketing plans for each asset, including new initiatives and evaluation of 3rd party performance.
• Analyze and report on property performance, connecting marketing KPIs to business outcomes.
• Manage the marketing budget for new developments and the stabilized portfolio, ensuring projects are executed flawlessly and within budget.
• Drive innovation and creativity in marketing practices to optimize performance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market conditions and competitive landscape.
• Coordinate ILS listings, updates, and ongoing audits.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proven track record in Integrated Marketing Communications and New Development Residential Marketing.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, including paid search, SEO, social media, Google Analytics, and website management.

• ILS and Reputation Management experience.
• Solid understanding of marketing analytics along with identifying historical data and trends.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience/understanding of Yardi, Engrain, Anyone Home, Peek, and Evolution software any/all.
• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines while maintaining professionalism, and to effectively handle confrontational situations with objectivity.
• Outstanding writing, art direction skills, and a top-tier creative orientation.
• Leadership experience with a proven record of strategic growth initiatives.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Required Education and Experience

• 3-5 years’ experience in multifamily marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or sales or equivalent work experience

Preferred Education and Experience

• New development and lease up experience
