The Staff Accountant's responsibilities include performing account reconciliations, AP, AR, assisting with analysis, and performing other accounting duties as assigned. The Staff Accountant reports to the Assistant Controller.

Staff Accountant Responsibilities:
· Review and process purchase orders
· Process and track pass-through expenses and invoice customers
· Perform general cost accounting and other related duties in the accounting department.
· Assist with the year-end audit through generating reports and other tasks as assigned
· Manage the company’s employee reimbursement program through SAP Concur
· Assist with preparation of property tax support
· Assist with the month-end closing process
· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills/Abilities:
· Knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting
· Understanding of and ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
· Effective communication and problem-solving skills
· Solid analytical and mathematical skills

Education and Experience:
· A bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field is preferred
· Zero to three years of accounting experience required
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
