The right candidate is:

- possesses good oral and written communication

- eager to work on a team of young professionals

Daily duties include:

- routine property inspections

- schedule and coordinate necessary maintenance

- review and approve invoices- organize and maintain property records

- corresponds (both verbal and written) with tenants and owners to achieve owner goals for their investment property.
