Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for providing behavioral health services to children with developmental disabilities. Your expertise in applied behavior analysis will be crucial in developing and implementing effective treatment plans.
Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on applied behavior analysis principles
- Implement behavior intervention strategies to address challenging behaviors
- Provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation of treatment progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure coordinated care
- Collect and analyze data to measure treatment outcomes
- Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and other staff members
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis
Requirements:
- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience working with children with developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
