Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our team. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy and support to individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
Duties:
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations and assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
- Implement behavioral therapy interventions based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure effective treatment outcomes
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations
Requirements:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or related developmental disabilities
- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
- Strong knowledge of behavioral health principles and therapeutic techniques
- Familiarity with special education practices and programs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration
