As a BCBA, you will work closely with our team to create individualized behavior intervention plans that will encourage growth and progress for the children we serve and their families.

Key Qualifications:
- BCBA certification or eligible to sit for the certification exam
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- A strong team player with the ability to work effectively with others
Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and develop behavior intervention plans
- Providing at-home/school/on-site services as needed
- Training and supervising paraprofessionals to ensure highest quality of care
- Collaborating with families, school, etc. as needed
- Submitting report and plans in a timely manner, maintaining accurate documentation
