Location: Hybrid onsite in Tampa 3 days/week , open to candidates willing to relocate

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled , AUTHENTIC, ARTICULATE and professional Software engineering leader . As a Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining software applications and systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical foundation, extensive development experience in designing, developing, and implementing large enterprise products.

• Domain Knowledge – deep expertise and knowledge in strategic and tactical planning, technical domain knowledge

This role does not require active coding, but qualified candidates must have the skills to operate as a software engineer. Proficiency in the following is required:

Experience in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS and one or more web development frameworks (Blazor preferred)

• Team & Technical Leadership – deep commitment to creating a highly collaborative, innovative and high performing engineering team that builds high quality, consumer-grade products
• Talent Management – solid expertise and knowledge in resource management and staff management

Proficiency in the following is required:

• Experience in C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS and one or more web development frameworks (Blazor preferred)
• Experience optimizing software performance and scalability through profiling, tuning, and architectural improvements, ensuring applications can handle increasing loads and maintain responsiveness over time.
• CI/CD pipelines using automated build, testing, and deployment processes to facilitate frequent and reliable software releases in a mature development setting

Education or Prior Work Experience

• 5 years of relevant management experience leading teams of 7 engineers across multiple technical disciplines
• 8 years as a software engineer with 3 years building enterprise solutions with a large codebase Knowledge of Project Management and Finance business domains
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field
• Experience working within established development methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban, adhering to structured processes for requirements gathering, planning, development, testing, and deployment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $160,000.00 per year
