Role will provide direction, guidance, and support to assigned personnel. Responsible for financial results of assigned program/office. Manage program/office personnel to ensure client expectations are met and projects are delivered on-time and within budget. Ensure assigned employees understand and live by Campos EPC (“CEPC”) core values, Culture, Client Alignment, Schedule Driven, Employee Utilization, Ethics, Performance, and Compliance. As an Area/Project Manager you are the execution hub for our clients and project teams, providing leadership and alignment for successful projects,

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a regional team in the execution of projects and programs for regional clients
• Manage existing client relations, including contracts, projects and opportunities
• Foster relationships with new regional clients and develop Regional Strategy Plan / Business Development
• Responsible for work in the region using local resources and utilizing other CEPC offices/resources
• Monitoring and management of employee utilization by interfacing with other CEPC leaders
• Work closely with the other Regional Leads, Directors, Vice Presidents and Principals to leverage relationships and expertise
• Develop a training plan for employees in Region

• Actively promotes Campos EPC safety culture.
• Serves as the key resource for executive management advisory on overall project health.
• Oversees planning, developing, issuing, and progress tracking of all assigned projects from contract execution through commercial operation.

• Manage existing client relations and foster relationships with new regional clients

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Engineering or equivalent
• Prior Oil & Gas or Utility experience preferred
• Experience in Gas or Electric utility engineering, construction and/or project management.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• 10 years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience managing engineering, procurement, and construction projects.
• Experience being the single point-of-contact, including managing the bottom-line, for multiple projects from cradle-to-grave.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer or Project Management Professional is preferred.
• Preferred to have experience with some or all of the following: natural gas and oil systems, process piping systems, compressor stations, pump stations, gas processing, filtration/separation, CNG, LNG, measurement and regulation.

• Must possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to prepare and coordinate engineering reports, calculations, studies and presentations.
• Ability to elicit cooperation from internal resources and clients.
• Ability to read and interpret communication styles of team members and clients who come from both technical and non-technical disciplines.
