About the Role
This company is seeking a passionate and senior HR Generalist leader to join them and continue to develop a positive internal culture while improving upon existing HR procedures and processes. This person will foster engagement and be an advocate for our growing company’s culture through our mission, vision, and values while helping to drive their strategic initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is entrepreneurial, forward thinking and excited to lead, innovate and take ownership of the HR function within the firm. You will lead culture building, thought leadership and talent retention strategies to bolster and support the firm as they continue to grow.
Your Responsibilities
- Human Capital Strategy: Develop and execute HR strategies that align seamlessly with our company's overarching goals and objectives, transforming vision into actionable plans that drive success.
- Talent Management: Provide sage guidance and visionary leadership on all HR-related matters, serving as a trusted advisor to senior management and department heads as we navigate the ever-evolving landscape of talent management.
- Talent Recruitment: Craft and execute recruitment strategies that attract top-tier talent, utilizing innovative sourcing techniques and best-in-class selection processes to build a powerhouse team poised for greatness.
- Talent Success: Design and implement retention programs, career pathways, and succession plans that cultivate a culture of growth and empowerment, ensuring our talent pipeline remains robust and sustainable.
- Talent Training: Spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge training programs that empower employees to continually sharpen their skills and expand their knowledge base.
- Leadership Learning: Facilitate transformative leadership development programs that empower our leaders to inspire, innovate, and lead with purpose.
- Compensation: Conduct comprehensive compensation analyses to ensure our offerings remain competitive in the market, benchmarking salaries and benefits against industry and local trends to attract and retain top talent.
- Compliance: Ensure unwavering compliance with employment laws, regulations, and requirements, safeguarding the well-being of our employees and the integrity of our organization.
- Resource Management: Manage the HR department budget with prudence and precision, identifying opportunities to optimize operational efficiencies and drive cost-effectiveness without compromising on quality.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required, serving as the foundation for your HR prowess.
- A minimum of 7 years of human resource management experience is essential, with a proven track record of strategic acumen and talent management expertise setting you apart from the rest.
- Accreditation from SHRM or HRCI is strongly preferred.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.

Salary
The salary will be $150,000 to $175,000 plus performance based bonus.
