From your PASSION to ours
This paid internship will work a minimum of twenty hours per week. The HRIS Intern will assist the US HR Shared Services Department with various HR assignments and projects. The HR Intern will support a team of HR professionals with projects in the areas of Benefits, HR Systems Implementation, HR Policy and Procedures and other capacities of Human Resources.

From your EXPERTISE to ours
Key responsibilities for this position include:
• Provide support on daily tasks in line with department objectives including various US HR projects
• Conduct internal HR Audits of employee data
• Complete benchmarking and analysis allowing department to reach informed decisions
• Support benefits department by assisting with benefit system management and during open enrollment period with employee benefit changes
• Fulfill Payroll related responsibilities and auditing.
• Assist with mandatory reporting, such as Affirmative Action, EEO, and ACA, as well as other internal reporting requirements.
• Assist with Leave Management by reviewing timecards, completing required claims responses, tracking missed premium payments, and assuring proper notices are sent in a timely fashion.
• Actively work and communicate with other business and functional units to assist with their human resources needs
• Review, correct, and track various human resources documents including I-9's and various other company forms
• Facilitate communication among individuals inter-office and intra-office

Qualified applicants will contribute the following:
Education
· In order to fill this position, the candidate must be a full-time college student or recent graduate, in their sophomore year or greater, working towards a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business with a concentration in HR Management.
Skills / Abilities
· To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
· Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive HR information.
