The Program Manager shall institute and maintain an effective, efficient, and responsive management organization that shall provide administrative support for all tasks under this task order. Additionally, the Program Manager shall oversee all contracted personnel and subcontracted resources used in the performance of this contract. The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all work activities are performed in a timely and cost-effective manner while maintaining the highest quality of performanceDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Shall be responsible for the effective management and administration of all efforts performed under the task order.
• Will be responsible for program control and management for this effort. The task shall include:
• Manage its personnel and staffing (including development, training, maintenance of staff clearance and evaluation);
• Will allocate and schedule the task order resources; and
• Coordinate and communicate with Government management and technical resources.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, COMPETENCIES:

• Five years of experience in the industry or related discipline; possesses specific knowledge or skillset in TSA Screening relevant to client and project requirements.
• Main point of contact with client/stakeholders; Main point of contact for contractual items; Responsible for successful delivery of contract; Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
• High interaction with stakeholders;
• Responsible for completion of deliverables
• Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
• Effective written skills, verbal communications, and positive interpersonal skills
• Understands client environment and assists project management in addressing client challenges or

CERTIFICATIONS OR TRAINING REQUIRED:

• Fully vetted by TSA
• PMP preferred but not required

SECURITY CLEARANCE:

• Secret

EDUCATION:

• Bachelors degree desired, not required
