Job Details:
  • Position: Account Manager - Northern California 
  • Location: This position can be located anywhere in the northern CA region, in close collaboration with our corporate headquarters in Allen, Texas (Dallas-Fort Worth area).

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain relationships with assigned customer accounts
  • Utilize customer data to create strategic plans and proposals for increasing customer engagement
  • Develop and execute account plans for all assigned accounts
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for growth and areas of focus
  • Manage customer expectations and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate sales, marketing, and product teams to develop customer-specific strategies
  • Deliver presentations to customers on plan programs, products, and promotions
  • Research and analyze customer needs to identify new opportunities for product and services
  • Follow up on leads and ongoing sales inquiries
  • Identify potential new customers and lead generation opportunities
  • Generate reports detailing progress and performance
  • Attend industry conferences, tradeshows, and industry events
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Must live in the northern California area
  • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred, although equivalent work experience may be considered
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, able to articulate the value proposition of the company's offerings
  • Able to develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
  • Proficiency with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software, sales analytics tools, and other relevant technologies
  • Ability to identify problems, propose solutions, and resolve conflicts in a timely manner
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment, with its fast pace, shifting priorities and fluid nature.
