Sofitel Philadelphia at Rittenhouse Hotel is looking for a creative and versatile Banquet cook with highly diversified skills to create memorable dishes for our luxury event guests.
Qualified candidate will be responsible for food preparation of breakfast, lunch, breaks and dinner as outlined on the Banquet Event Orders (BEO).
S / He will work with the Banquet Kitchen team on all Event food preparation and Banquet tasks including but not limited to plated dinners, buffets, breaks, and buffet / carving stations.
Must have at least 1-year experience as a Banquet cook in a luxury establishment and 2 years of cooking experience. Candidate must be able to work on different stations including appetizers, salads and desserts.
