About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President, Strategic Partnerships to join their team and play a key role in driving the growth of the organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing a business development plan to establish lead-generating partnerships with health systems and provider networks. This includes building professional relationships with key leaders, achieving revenue targets, and managing large, complex partnership deals. The role requires a deep understanding of the hospital, physician, and payer ecosystems, as well as a commitment to excellence in delivering strategic business solutions. The VP, Strategic Partnerships will also be involved in negotiating contracts, coordinating marketing and sales efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.Applicants for the VP, Strategic Partnerships position should have extensive experience in deal-making, strategy, relationship management, and contract negotiation. They must possess deep relationships within the health system and provider network community, be recognized as an industry thought leader, and have a desire to be a leading voice in the evolution of substance use disorder services. The role demands a driven and compassionate individual who can develop tailored solutions for complex business strategies and is dedicated to reducing stigma and changing the way addiction is treated. A successful candidate will be able to take ownership of the sales cycle, from lead qualification to partnership establishment, and be adept at resolving business, technical, and policy issues.
