Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide information and assistance
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any product or service-related issues
- Utilize sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell products to customers
- Provide technical sales support and guidance to customers
- Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively address customer inquiries
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in English is required; fluency in Spanish is a plus
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with others
- Sales experience or knowledge of jewelry sales is a bonus
- Ability to effectively sell products and services to customers
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly on your feet
