Sales Manager

Who we are: Our client is one of Texas’ premier foundation repair and water management providers. After expanding to Austin in 2022 and seeing good progress they have decided to bring on a local leader to manage the sales function across both San Antonio and Austin.

Title: Sales Manager – San Antonio & Austin (South-Central Region)

Compensation Range:

  • Salary $85,000 - $100,000 depending on experience
  • Performance Compensation – 1% of Gross Margin Dollars (TBD)
  • On target compensation range $120,000-$150,000 (salary performance experience level)

Location: On Site in San Antonio, Texas

About the Job: We’re looking for an exceptional Sales Manager for our organization in the South Central Region (San Antonio/Austin). You will directly manage the Sales Team while coordinating with the Sales Support Team and Production Team.

This role is your gateway to becoming an integral part of our management team, overseeing operations at our branch locations. You’ll start by learning the ins and outs of our company’s unique business model and gain insights into our core operational strategies.

Work You’ll Do:

  • Partner with leadership to establish and reach ambitious sales goals.
  • Develop and lead a top-notch sales team, fostering an environment of learning and empowerment through ride-alongs and skills training.
  • Implement sales strategies that align with the company’s long-term vision.
  • Build and maintain relationships essential to the company's growth.
  • Manage sales activities, ensuring both quality and quantity align with our standards.
  • Formulate strategies to enhance customer engagement and service.
  • Address and resolve customer service issues.
  • Keep abreast of market trends and customer preferences.
  • Contribute to various duties as assigned.

  • Proven track record in sales management and team development.
