What sets Smokin Oaks Organic Farms apart from the rest? Experience and Regenerative Farming. Our Farmer, Justin Head, is now the only organic farmer in Robertson County. He made the switch to the better side of farming in 2015, and has slowly grown his farm’s footprint ever since. We care about the quality of the products that we give our customers, so we go the extra mile on the farm to ensure it.

We are looking for a passionate salesperson that is passionate about organic farm to table meat. No experience necessary, but must be serious about a full time position.

In this position you will:

• Handle and manage all marketing and sales of our grain we raise on the farm, as well as finding other grains to put deals together if we do not have inventory.
• Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business and expand market presence
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication and account management
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets
• Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to effectively position company products in the market

The right person for this role will have:

• Proven experience in outside sales or business development, preferably in the agriculture industry.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients
