Title: Regional Sales & Operations Manager

Reports to: President

Employment Status: Full Time/Exempt

SLT, a dynamic and rapidly expanding fitness brand with a strong presence in the Northeast, is in search of a dedicated NYC BROOKLYN Regional Manager to join our team. With a focus on innovation, client experience, and operational excellence. SLT has established itself as a leader in the fitness industry. As a Regional Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our studios, fostering a culture of growth, and ensuring the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities

Staff Management:

  • Lead, inspire, and drive a high-performing team, foster a culture of continuous improvement and commitment to SLT's values and excellence in general
  • Provide ongoing, constructive feedback to SLTeam members, identifying areas for improvement and recognizing achievements
  • Empower the team to utilize data for decision-making, leveraging analytics to inform strategic choices, track performance, and identify growth opportunities
  • Oversee the training of new SLTeam members and promoting a positive work culture
  • Hold SLTeam accountable for maintaining a consistent studio presence and clocking in hours in alignment with SLT's standards for operational excellence
  • Foster a well-informed and cohesive work environment through weekly management meetings and quarterly service team meetings
  • Own thorough onboarding process for Managers and Customer Service Team (CST) members, ensuring a seamless and effective integration into SLT's culture and operational standards
  • Implement and oversee performance improvement plans and recognition programs, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and ensuring that individual and team achievements are recognized and celebrated in alignment with SLT's values

Operations:

  • Uphold and elevate the cleanliness and maintenance standards of all studios under your purview, aligning with SLT's commitment to excellence and client experience
  • Demonstrate a keen understanding of, and regularly oversee the maintenance needs of facilities, differentiating between ongoing upkeep and housekeeping requirements
  • Conduct weekly housekeeping audits and work with managers to address all callouts in the moment
  • Own the upkeep of studio machines, ensuring functionality, impeccable presentation, and efficient spare parts inventory management
  • Efficiently manage studio supplies, overseeing procurement with a budget-conscious approach to ensure cost-effectiveness while maintaining optimal inventory levels
  • Proactively manage studio inventory, taking responsibility for shortages by implementing efficient tracking systems and swift corrective actions
  • Diligently manage overall expenses by processing own expense reports, demonstrating a thorough understanding of budgets, and implementing cost-effective strategies to contribute to the achievement of SLT's financial goals

Sales:

  • Achieve company established goals with a business owner mindset and emphasis on profitability and margins
  • Strategically drive revenue growth by implementing targeted sales initiatives, fostering client acquisition, loyalty, and positive experiences
  • Demonstrate a steadfast commitment to "The Ask" sales process, fostering an internal culture that proactively engages with clients, encouraging and optimizing opportunities for purchases through personalized interactions
  • Collaboration with the Marketing Department on strategic sales initiatives

Client Experience:

  • Encourage and gather feedback, resolving client inquiries and issues
  • Manage and attend to all client booking requests and concerns
  • Track and analyze customer feedback trends to inform strategic decisions and improvements

Marketing:

  • Collaborate with Marketing Department to develop studio-specific outreach and growth strategies and partner with managers on execution
  • Conduct community outreach to build strong local relationships

Qualifications:

  • 3 years of management experience, preferably in the fitness, wellness or retail industry
  • Proven leadership experience, ability to delegate, and hold team accountable
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and think and react quickly
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Docs, showcasing tech-savvy skills

Work Requirements:

  • Ability to work flexible, non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Valid Driver's License and willingness to drive company owned vehicle in region
  • Travel within the designated region
  • Physical capability to lift heavy items, up to 50 lbs
  • Handling inventories and occasional blackout dates may apply

*This corporate position works 30 hours per week from studios
