We are seeking a talented and driven individual to join our team as a Speech Language Teletherapy Regional Sales Manager for Los Angeles County. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales efforts for our teletherapy platform focused on speech-language therapy. Your primary objective will be to drive sales growth within the assigned territory, build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, and achieve revenue targets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background in healthcare, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the speech-language therapy industry.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue goals for speech-language teletherapy services in Los Angeles County. Lead and inspire a sales team to maximize
their potential and meet individual and team targets.
Effectively manage and grow the assigned territory by identifying key accounts, establishing relationships with decision-makers, and implementing account-specific sales strategies. Continuously monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new key accounts, growth opportunities, and potential strategic partnerships.
Build and maintain strong relationships with speech-language therapy professionals, physician clinics, and other relevant stakeholders within the assigned territory. Act as a trusted advisor by providing service technology expertise, addressing inquiries, and offering tailored solutions to meet patient, family, or clinician-specific needs.
Create and Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations, showcasing the benefits and capabilities of our speech-language teletherapy platform. Effectively communicate the value proposition and differentiate our services from competitors and traditional models of care.
Manage the sales pipeline by tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities utilizing company CRM software. Provide accurate sales forecasts, regularly update management on progress, and identify potential roadblocks or challenges.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, marketing,
product development, customer success, and implementation teams to ensure seamless delivery of our teletherapy services. Provide valuable insights and customer feedback to support product enhancement and market positioning.
Conduct training sessions and workshops for speech-language therapy
professionals and potential users of our teletherapy platform. Keep updated on the latest industry trends, research, and regulatory requirements to provide valuable educational resources to patients, families, and clinicians.
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows,
and networking events to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and build professional relationships.
Generate regular sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends,
opportunities, and areas for improvement. Provide insights and recommendations to management based on market research, trends, and customer feedback.
Possess in-depth knowledge of the medical insurance industry and the managed healthcare marketplaces, reimbursement process, policies, and procedures.
The ideal candidate must have an in-depth understanding of the healthcare marketplace and the sales processes that directly and indirectly affect sales goal attainment.
Salary: $70,000 - $90,000 annually plus bonus and commission commensurate with experience.
