Duties: - Perform a variety of cleaning tasks to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the facility - Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors - Empty trash bins and replace liners - Clean and sanitize restrooms and replenish supplies - Dust and wipe down surfaces - Clean windows and glass surfaces - Perform routine maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs and fixing minor repairs - Assist with setting up and tearing down for events or meetings - Follow established safety protocols and guidelines Skills: - Experience in industrial or commercial cleaning preferred - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment - Ability to operate floor care equipment such as buffers, scrubbers, and carpet cleaners - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently - Good time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if required - Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and clients Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
