We focus on excellence and are committed to support and develop our teams! LOCATION : Bend, OR 97701 RESPONSIBILITIES :

  • Liaise and build successful relationships with designated suppliers and customers.
  • Create and close out repair orders for scheduled, AOG aircraft maintenance request’s in accordance with existing procedures;
  • Process quote approvals;
  • Effectively carry out and report on all open repair / sales orders, repair facility queries and customer cost approvals;
  • Ensure excellent internal & external customer support is provided & MRO customers have all relevant data concerning repair & overhaul requirements;
  • Ensure repair quotations are recorded on the system and all emails are managed effectively;
  • Responsible for the management and sustainment of all aircraft logbooks, aeronautical equipment service records, aircraft maintenance files, reports, directives, and correspondence in an aircraft maintenance and operations environment;
  • Utilizing FAA Repair Station manuals to maintain aircraft forms and records as required;
  • Monitoring aircraft work order requirements, configuration status, weight and balance, and aircraft inventory data for accuracy.
  • Initiating and distributing applicable maintenance forms by established procedures;
  • Order and track parts, consumables for expiration and applicability.
  • Pass a DOT, FAA drug and alcohol test when selected.
  • Assist leaders (. Supervisor, Manager) with administrative functions;
  • Support data entry of TotalFBO, FAA approved forms, ensuring any errors and omissions are brought to the attention of the maintenance leader for correction;
  • Submit appropriate documentation for new employees and contractors - including submission of change requests to IT for any necessary TotalFBO setup (new users, change of department, change of skills, ;
  • Clerical support : coordinate meetings, take minutes, travel arrangements, prepare documents, daily / weekly / monthly reports, verify expense reports, process invoices to appropriate agencies, maintain employee database information, etc.;
  • Order office supplies and uniforms
  • All other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS :

  • At least three (3) years of administrative experience in a computerized environment;
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products (Word and Excel);
  • Strong communication skills and flexibility;
  • Very detailed oriented with a focus on process improvement;
  • Ability to work under pressure and possess excellent organizational skills;
  • Ability to review own work for accuracy and thoroughness;
  • Ability to bring new ideas in improving existing processes;
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment;
