National Solar is Hiring an Administrative Assistant/Scheduling Coordinator Near Bend, OR

Duties:

The primary duties will be to schedule site visits for our sales team in Oregon and enter data into company crm, provide administrative support to executive team, and answering the phones in a professional and upbeat manner.

- Answering phone calls and responding to inquiries from clients and customers
- Scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars for multiple team members

- Performing data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Assisting with file management and organizing documents
- Providing administrative support to team members as needed
- Ensuring smooth communication between different departments

Qualifications
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office management software
- Strong computer skills, including the ability to use computerized systems for scheduling and data entry
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and customers

As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring efficient operations within our organization. You will by working with potential clients to schedule site visits for our sales team; communication with the sales team each day to provide schedule details and with the sales manager.

Please note that this is not a remote position. The Scheduling Coordinator will be expected to work on-site at our office location.
