How You’ll Make an Impact:

The SiriusXM Product Management team is looking for an energetic, fast learning Associate Product Manager to join our Growth Product team. As part of the team, you will play a key role in shaping the future of how customers can interact with SiriusXM products and bring users closer to the Music and Entertainment content they love.

What You’ll Do

• Take ownership of several Growth and Acquisition related products and progress through various stages of their lifecycle

• Create as-is and to-be User Journeys to optimize how customers access SiriusXM content

• Research other technology companies to establish a baseline for customer expectations

• Contribute to prioritization and roadmapping exercises to position SXM to deliver innovative products into the market

• Embrace the big picture of the business, gaining understanding the Financial, Technical, Legal, Programming, and other sides of the business

• Work alongside a passionate team of Product Managers to collaborate and share ideas What you’ll need:

• Must have a passion for Music and Entertainment and have a desire to learn

• Must have strong analytical skills and be comfortable using data to make decisions

• Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

What you’ll need:

• Business or technical degrees required. MBA preferred.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Product Manager, or successful experience in a Marketing and/or Business development position. 

• Product management/development experience in defining and launching products, especially in an Agile environment.

• Industry background in automotive, telematics, telecom, or other high tech related field highly preferred.

• Created or worked in a cross-functional development team environment.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Performs a variety of tasks where a wide degree of creativity is expected.

• Needs strong blend of product management, financial and technical aptitude.

• Analytical skills including the ability to aggregate, analyze, and provide in-depth insights into various data sets

• Strong presentation skills; comfortable making presentations to senior executives and/or customers as needed. Previous experience analyzing trends and market developments.

• Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.

At SiriusXM, we carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including your background and experience. These considerations can cause your compensation to vary. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $85,000 and $105,250 and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience.
