We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator with a strong understanding of construction processes and excellent organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be a motivated, audacious, self-starter with strong leadership and creative problem-solving skills. This role will require efficient communication between the office and the field, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
Organize incoming mail and route various documents to appropriate departments, including bills, correspondences, and citations.
Various office duties not limited to filing, scanning, order supplies, team notification emails, etc.
Update and maintain the purchase order (PO) log, ensuring accuracy.
Coordinate contractor payments and update payment records accordingly.
Manage insurance renewals, including builders' risk applications and tracking.
Facilitate utility setup for water and electrical services at job sites.
Assist in tax assessment disputes to ensure fair assessments.
Obtain and manage workers' compensation and general liability/worker's compensation certificates.
Creatively and analytically solve problems and be willing to be hands-on to get things done.

Verify and collect lien waivers from subcontractors and suppliers.
Coordinate material returns and manage dumpster pickups as needed.
Schedule and follow up on inspections, ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.
Develop and implement a stakeholder communications plan to keep relevant parties informed of project status.
Floor plan designs into punch lists.
Coordinate permit applications and follow up with city officials or expediter as necessary.
Assist with estimating and purchasing tasks, including obtaining quotes, ordering materials, and coordinating inspections.
Coordinate interior design efforts and ensure compliance with project requirements.
Communicate and ensure compliance with audit requirements and regulatory standards.
Generate and manage project management reports and weekly job cash flow spreadsheets.
Update and maintain construction process documents, city procedures, and project-related documentation.
Requirements:
Must have 5 years administrative/exec admin experience preferably in the construction industry.
Previous experience in a construction project coordination role or similar position.
Strong understanding of construction processes, contracts, and project management principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management software.
Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Must pass background check and assessments
