SUMMARY/PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVE OF POSITION
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our growing sales team to drive new customer acquisition within the foodservice channel. The primary focus of this role will be to identify and pursue opportunities to expand our client base, strengthen relationships with potential customers, and drive revenue growth. Another function of this role will be to expand our distribution network by onboarding and developing distributor partners. This role will work collaboratively with the Account Manager and Director of Foodservice Sales. This position will report to the Director of Foodservice Sales.
We are looking for an individual who wants to make a big impact within a growing sales organization and seek someone who is passionate about food, sustainability, and organic farming.
